Hey there, I'm Hannah.

I’m a surf, product & lifestyle photographer, currently based on the Tweed Coast in Northern NSW and working with clients from the Northern Gold Coast to Byron Bay.

I’ve been a photographer for the last 13 years and have gone through every specialty you can think of - from weddings, family portraits, landscapes to pets but my absolute passion is surf & lifestyle photography and helping people and brands bring their ideas to life.

My shooting style is very natural and candid - I love capturing those in-between moments that can’t be posed or imitated and all my images have a strong connection to nature and the ocean.

When I’m not shooting, the rest of my time is dedicated to running a surf group that I co-founded in 2019 ‘The Surf Witches’ – an incredible, supportive community of women worldwide who share a passion for surfing and the ocean.  In January 2022 we officially became a non-competitive Boardriders Club, holding regular comp days and events for our members on the Gold Coast.

I am also the Head Editor of Chasing Clarity Magazine, a free resource for ocean image makers. We share photography from artists worldwide, articles, interviews, and tips specific to ocean imagery, with the goal being to educate and fast track the learnings of surf and ocean photographers.

Early 2022 I also started running the occasional in-person workshop for Nikon Australia – on Capturing Surf Silhouettes and Surf Portraits & Fashion.

In my free time, I’m surfing, free-diving, skating, hiking or rock climbing – usually with fellow Surf Witches and my husband Tony.
